Founder’s Day

It’s the tricentennial for the benign little burg of Fairwood, and incumbent mayor Blair Gladwell (Amy Hargreaves) is trying to stave off change candidate Harold Faulkner (Jayce Bartok). After Faulkner’s teen daughter gets slain by a masked, judge-robed killer wielding a switchblade gavel, her girlfriend (Naomi Grace) and the town’s other teens face having sentence pronounced.
