Champagne, 1940: Ines has just married Michel, the owner of storied champagne house Maison Chauveau, when the Germans invade. With war on their doorstep, danger and tension mount and it isn’t long until Michel turns his back on his marriage and begins secretly hiding munitions for the Resistance.
