Four young suburban men try to establish themselves as organized criminals in their humdrum local community. Permanent Damage was made right in the middle of the American independent film boom, even predating Quentin Tarantino, but sadly fell through the cracks and never got the recognition it deserved. Similar to the Coen Brothers, it blends the drama and crime genres with dark comedy for a unique experience.
